Being barefoot to connect with Mother Earth!

Sunshine is actually the real alarm to wake up my body! After 20 mins routine morning yoga, I decided to continue my ‘’grounding’’ journey in a nearby football field. Walking barefoot on the grass can really connect me with Mother Earth, even just 15 mins! 

The benefits of regular going barefoot have been observed by experts, such as reducing stress, boosting immunity and increasing antioxidants, etc., It helps to balance our body’s electrons and get our body’s electrical current in harmony with Earth’s Direct Current.
